Public records. Earlier introductions.

What the service does

We collect new liquor-license applications from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and new sales tax permits from the Texas Comptroller. The records are matched to identify signals for the same business, then organized by location, likely industry and opening stage.

We filter temporary nonprofit event permits, PO boxes, online or non-storefront sellers, and likely home-based businesses. Some kept addresses may still need review. Public data can be delayed, incomplete or corrected by its source.

Who it is for

Opening Soon is designed for business-to-business providers who work with new storefronts:

• Merchant services
• POS resellers
• MSP and IT providers
• Commercial insurance
• Sign shops
• Commercial cleaning
• Security installers

What it does not do

• It does not provide phone numbers or email addresses.
• It does not confirm that a business has opened or guarantee that a lead will become a customer.
• It does not replace checking the linked public record or qualifying a business directly.
