The signal-to-outreach path

A filing can put you in the conversation earlier.

01 · SOURCE

Public filings arrive

Texas liquor-license applications are refreshed daily. Sales tax permit records are published by the Comptroller on a slower cadence, generally about weekly.

02 · MATCH

Storefront signals are organized

Records are matched to businesses and filtered to focus on storefront openings. The public record remains the source of truth.

03 · REACH

Your list arrives each morning

Choose metros, industries and ZIP codes. Review the daily email or open the dashboard to see filing timelines and source links.

  • Business name and owner, when available
  • Storefront address and industry
  • Opening stage and public filing dates
  • A link to the source record

FAQ

How the data works

Where does the data come from?

Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission license applications and Texas Comptroller sales tax permits. Each lead links back to its public record.

How fresh is the data?

Liquor applications update daily. The state publishes sales tax permit records about once a week, so some businesses may reach you a few days after filing.

What counts as an opening?

A business with a new liquor application or sales tax permit at a storefront address. Online-only sellers, likely home-based businesses, temporary event permits and PO boxes are filtered out.

Do leads include phone numbers or emails?

No. The state does not publish them in these records. You get business, owner when available, address, industry and timing.

Can I narrow the list to my industries and ZIP codes?

Yes. Pick industries and ZIP codes inside each selected metro. Your email and dashboard show matching openings.

How do I cancel?

Cancel from account settings at any time. Cancel during the 7-day trial and you are not charged.
