Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance

MyPermitLeads, including the Opening Soon product, is operated by DKP Growth Partners ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. The service is for business use by Texas B2B vendors only; you must be at least 18 and able to bind your company.

2. The service and data sources

Opening Soon compiles information about businesses preparing to open in Texas metros from public records such as permits, licenses and registrations, and presents it as stage-labeled leads, map views and CSV exports.

Public records are imperfect. They can be late, incomplete, duplicated, mis-geocoded or wrong. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any record, stage, address or location, and a business may never open.

3. Pricing

The first metro is $249 per month or $2,490 per year. Each additional metro is $149 per month or $1,490 per year. Selecting all four current Texas metros automatically uses the $599 per month or $5,990 per year bundle. Annual billing buys 12 months for ten times the monthly price.

The founding first-metro rate is $199 per month or $1,990 per year, limited to 20 allocated subscriptions, and locked for the life of that subscription. Additional metros remain at their standard price. Founding availability is checked at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Standard prices may change for future billing periods with advance notice, subject to the founding commitment.

4. Free trial

Eligible new customers receive a 7-day trial with a payment card required at Checkout. Billing starts on day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends. No trial begins until Checkout is complete. One trial is permitted per customer; repeat trials may be refused based on email, company email domain or payment-card fingerprint. Customers who are not trial-eligible may still subscribe without a trial.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

6. No refund guarantee

We do not offer a refund guarantee. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or where we decide otherwise in writing at our discretion. Refunds, if any, are handled manually.

7. Acceptable use and no data resale

Data is licensed to you for your own internal sales and marketing. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or share the data or exports with third parties, build a competing database, or scrape the service.

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, telemarketing and do-not-call rules, Texas law, and any rules of the tools you load exports into. Nothing here is legal advice. We may suspend accounts that misuse data or abuse the service.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Tell us promptly of unauthorized use.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DKP Growth Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost deals, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions can be sent to the contact address shown on our website. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with its date; continued use means acceptance.
